Refrigerated Biscuit Cake |

- 1\2 cup milk
- 2 tins (about 400g) cream, nestle
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 & 1\2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 sachet whipped topping mix
- - - (dream whip brand)
- 18 - Tea biscuits

Directions: one line for each direction.when saved the lines will be numbered. |

- Place milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder and whipped topping mix in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- To assemble the cake, arrange a neat row of six biscuits in a shallow serving dish and spread with a layer of cream. Arrange a second layer of biscuit on top. Spread with a layer of cream.
- Arrange the remaining biscuits on top and spread the rest of the cream over the top.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and refrigerate overnight so that the cream sets firm and the biscuits soften.
