Refrigerated Biscuit Cake
 
  Ingredients:  
  • 1\2 cup milk
  • 2 tins (about 400g) cream, nestle
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 & 1\2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 sachet whipped topping mix
  • - - (dream whip brand)
  • 18 - Tea biscuits
  Directions: one line for each direction.when saved the lines will be numbered.
  1. Place milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder and whipped topping mix in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. To assemble the cake, arrange a neat row of six biscuits in a shallow serving dish and spread with a layer of cream. Arrange a second layer of biscuit on top. Spread with a layer of cream.
  3. Arrange the remaining biscuits on top and spread the rest of the cream over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and refrigerate overnight so that the cream sets firm and the biscuits soften.
